The 17th Asian Symposium on Ecotechnology was held in Unazuki,Japan from November 11th to 13th attending 381 participants including 30 from 9 overseas countries with successful result.

Summer Program for International Students of KOSEN in Okinawa
The “Summer program for international students of KOSEN (colleges of technology) ‘09” in Okinawa KOSEN was held as a project hosted by the Center for International Students Exchange(CISE) at Okinawa KOSEN, which was set up by the Institute of National Colleges of Technology, Japan.
CISE helps the faculty take care of international students at KOSEN.
CISE gathered faculty in charge of international students and international exchange at Okinawa KOSEN to establish a network among teachers at KOSEN,
KOSEN accelerate internationalization.
The National Institute of Technology, Japan (INCT) set up the Center for International Student Exchange (CISE) in Okinawa KOSEN in April 2009. Its aim is to support KOSEN as a nationwide common facility to carry out internationalization activities.
