　INCT dispatched 3 students (Kure, Tokuyama, Tomakomai Kosen) to Taisei Corporation's construction site, the Tunnel under the Strait of Bosphorus from December 25th 2010 to January 15th 2011 as the first dispatch.
　Under the guidance of Taisei Corporation, the students had very valuable experience through actual work of Safety, Quality control, construction design, and contract management, observed a gigantic tunnel boring machine in the shield tunnel etc. and were given some assignments of solving problems on processes.

　3 students says,
　"I realized what I have been learning works at the actual construction site."
　"It was an excellent experience for my life to stay in the different culture."
　"I have found a new goal for the future through this program to meet global circumstance."

The second dispatch of 19 students will start from the beginning of March to 7 corporations in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, and Switzerland.
