  The Institute of National Colleges of Technology, Japan (INCT) is planning to promote the admission of more international students to meet the medium-term targets of INCT 2009-2014 under government policy regarding the "300,000 international students project".
  We believe that promoting the admission of more international students from developing countries in particular will allow KOSEN to make significant international contributions.
  This new system is intended to recruit privately funded students eager to study at KOSEN based on the standard examination, in addition to international students publicly funded by the Japanese government and a foreign government.
