Staff recruitment
Regarding recruitment of staff through the National University Corporation Staff Recruitment Examination
Message from senior staff
From April 16, the 4 national colleges of technology nationwide changed from national institutions to technical colleges established by the National Institute of Technology, an independent administrative agency.
Along with this, the status of employees changed from national civil servants to corporate employees. For this reason, instead of using the traditional "National Civil Service Recruitment Examination," the recruitment of employees is divided into seven regions: Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kanto/Koshinetsu, Tokai/Hokuriku, Kinki, Chugoku/Shikoku, and Kyushu. The examination is conducted through the National University Corporation Employee Recruitment Examination held in the district.
Please note that in order to be hired, you will not be hired unless you pass the National University Corporation Personnel Recruitment Examination in the area where the National College of Technology you wish to hire is located.
