KOSEN style

After graduating from the undergraduate program, students can choose to immediately enter the workforce and work as an engineer, or they can move on to a specialized course or transfer to a university to further hone their specialized knowledge and skills. This gives students a wide range of career paths.

To the school counselor

Every college has a student consultation room and a health room, and school counselors are also available, so please feel free to contact us if you have any worries or concerns. You can also call the "KOSEN Off-Campus Mind and Body Counseling Room" for phone consultations after you return home.

If you have any concerns, talk to a school counselor.

Curious about tuition fees?

The tuition fees at national colleges of technology are uniform across the country, making them less burdensome. There is also a tuition exemption system that allows you to study without straining yourself.

Admission fee 84,600 yen (at the time of enrollment)
Tuition 234,600 yen per year
(Early 117,300 yen, late 117,300 yen)
Boarding fee (only required for dormitory students) Monthly rent: 800 yen (single room)
700 yen per month (double room)

In principle, students in their first through third years are covered by the same "tuition support grant system" as high school students, and if their income is below a certain level, they are eligible for monthly support of 1 yen or 3 yen.
