Mongolian Ministry of Education and Science visits National Institute of Technology
On Thursday, November 2024, 11, a delegation of eight people, including Jaaljav ARIUNBOLD, Director of the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education and Science of Mongolia, and Tumurpurev NAMNAN, President of Mongolian University of Science and Technology, visited the Takebashi office of the National Institute of Technology and held meetings with Chairman Taniguchi, Executive Director Nakajima, and others.
There are currently six technical colleges in Mongolia, and the National Institute of Technology in Mongolia is cooperating with them to improve their curricula through such means as teacher training. There is also active student exchange between technical colleges in the two countries.
At the beginning of the meeting, Chairman Taniguchi gave a congratulatory speech on the 3th anniversary of the founding of the three Mongolian National Institutes of Technology in Ulaanbaatar, and Director Ariunbold expressed his gratitude for the support that the National Institute of Technology has provided thus far, and stated his hope to further develop cooperation in the development of human resources who will be responsible for the promotion of Mongolia's industry in the future.
Afterwards, a wide range of opinions were exchanged regarding technical college education in both countries.
