National Institute of Technology and BizReach hold a report session on the results of the "Side Job Teacher" project to develop next-generation IT talent

In February 2022, the National Institute of Technology (hereinafter referred to as the "National Institute of Technology") and BizReach, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "BizReach") signed a "Collaboration Agreement Aimed at Cultivating Talent to Lead a New Society" in order to solve issues such as the worsening shortage of IT talent.

Through this agreement, the National Institute of Technology has been working with BizReach to promote the "Side Job Teacher" initiative, which invites private sector talent active at the forefront of business to the educational field. As a result, 51 of the 12 national colleges of technology nationwide have recruited "Side Job Teachers" through BizReach, and 1,840 private sector talents were hired from a total of 64 applicants. Since the "Side Job Teachers" are contributing to the production of talent that also has the ability to innovate based on digital transformation (Society 5.0-type future technology talent*), a report session was held on the efforts of the "Side Job Teachers" over the past three years.
