On December 2024, 12, the Japan-Vietnam KOSEN Symposium was held at the College of Industry and Commerce (COIT) in Hanoi, Vietnam, one of the pilot schools where KOSEN supported the introduction of the Japanese-style KOSEN education system. In addition to Executive Director Nakajima, 21 faculty and staff members from nine KOSEN schools, including Ube KOSEN, an exchange promotion school, participated.

From the Vietnamese side, the principals and vice principals of two pilot schools, Cao Thanh Technical College (CTTC) and Hue Industrial College (HueIC), as well as many other relevant parties from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam (MOIT), participated. They reported on the pilot schools' collaboration with companies and their efforts to improve education, and actively exchanged opinions on promoting future school exchanges between Japan and Vietnam.

In addition, a job fair was held on the same day, with the participation of many companies, including two Japanese companies, and students from the pilot schools and company representatives deepened their mutual understanding through lively exchanges.
