The National Institute of Technology, an independent administrative agency, will be providing water supply and showers at Yatsushiro Port's inner harbor using the training vessels (Oshima Maru, Yuge Maru, and Hiroshima Maru) owned by the National Colleges of Maritime Technology (Oshima National College of Maritime Technology (Suo-Oshima-cho, Oshima-gun, Yamaguchi Prefecture), Yuge National College of Maritime Technology (Kamijima-cho, Ochi-gun, Ehime Prefecture), and Hiroshima National College of Maritime Technology (Osakikamijima-cho, Toyoda-gun, Hiroshima Prefecture)).
