National College of Technology News Release: National College of Technology to work on human resource development in cooperation with "Framework for Human Resource Development for Offshore Wind Power Generation"

The National Institute of Technology, an Independent Administrative Institution, has announced that it will collaborate with the Education Council for Offshore Wind (ECOWIND), a new human resources development framework established by businesses involved in offshore wind power generation, to continuously work on developing human resources in the renewable energy (wind) field related to offshore wind power generation.
