First, on behalf of the organizer, the National College of Technology, Chairman Yujiro Hayashi gave an opening address, and Director Maki Iwakuma gave a speech expressing her hope for the advancement of women in society from the perspective of engineers. As a guest, Kumiko Bando, Director-General of the Higher Education Bureau of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, expressed her hopes for the continuation of this forum and the success of female technical college students.
Afterwards, Mr. Masao Togami, who runs the Rikejo service for junior high and high school girls at Kodansha, gave a keynote speech titled ``The appeal of science-related girls from the perspective of Kodansha's Rikejo support service for girls in science.'' She mentioned that the purchasing power of women has increased due to the influence of the Japanese economy, and that the market for products targeted at women can be expected to expand. It was also stated that female science majors are expected to play an active role in the development of such products.

This was followed by presentations by female students from eight technical colleges (Hakodate, Sendai, Gunma, Toyama, Nara, Kure, Kagawa, Ariake) who are participating in the ``Project to disseminate women's technical college brands through collaboration among female technical college students nationwide.'' Ta. Six booths were set up for each of the fields of machinery, electricity, information, chemistry/biology, construction, and management, and there were (i) presentations on the content of the Women's Technical College Encyclopedia, (ii) contests, international exchange, class content, etc. We made a presentation about Prior to the presentation, we also held an interview session with female students to introduce each booth.
At the booth presentation, 1 students ranging from first-year students to first-year majors worked hard to give their presentations, even though they were nervous. The attendees were not only interested in the contents of the Technical College Women's Encyclopedia, but also impressed by the dignified appearance of the female students. Some people seemed surprised at how well they were able to answer various questions.

Finally, a panel discussion was held with five panelists. At this meeting, opinions were exchanged regarding the development of female engineers at technical colleges and the creation of an environment for female engineers at companies.
Until now, there have been almost no efforts by technical colleges as a whole to disseminate information like this, which puts female students front and center to corporate stakeholders. By creating a venue like this, we were able to take the first step in communicating the high potential of female technical college students. Visitors to the Women's Technical College Forum gave high praise to the "Women's Encyclopedia of Technical Colleges" and requested the continuation of the "Women's Forum." A great result was that we were able to create a place for companies to think together.
