After the opening ceremony, female technical college students gave poster presentations to junior high school girls and their parents. Thirty-four poster presentations were held on themes such as education, research activities, and school life at technical colleges, and each poster introduced the appeal of female technical college students by creating their own posters and explanation methods to interest junior high school students. At the same time, we also set up an ``Admissions Consultation Corner'' with representatives from each school to provide information on technical college education. The forum was a great success with 34 junior high school students and parents participating, the largest number ever at a technical college women's forum.

Greetings from Director Iwakuma of the National Institute of Technology

The 21 presentations from companies involved specifically introduced the role of female engineers in the workplace, companies' efforts to promote gender equality, and systems to support a balance between work and family life. . I was able to hear interesting stories directly from engineers and human resources personnel, which I don't usually have the opportunity to do, and the teachers and female technical college students actively asked questions. Approximately 10 technical college graduates participated among the female engineers, and the presence of seniors who are actually active in society seemed to be a source of motivation and motivation for the students. 21 of the 11 companies were from Shikoku, and the event served as a valuable opportunity for companies and female students to meet.

Sixty-four female students from five technical colleges gave 5 poster presentations on themes such as education, research activities, and school life at technical colleges, highlighting the capabilities of female technical college students to corporate stakeholders. It was impressive to see him give a dignified presentation despite the tension and answer questions thoroughly.
In addition, the booklet ``Technical College Women's Encyclopedia,'' which was created mainly by female students and which communicates the characteristics and strengths of female technical college students to companies and junior high school students, will be exhibited at the venue and distributed to companies involved. We communicated the ``Technical College Women's Brand'' to society.
Finally, we held a business card exchange session between business people and technical college teachers. Although the time was short, we deepened our interactions by expanding our network regarding students' future paths and career development, as well as exchanging information about specialized techniques.
