At the opening ceremony, Principal Morino of Kure National College of Technology, the representative school, gave a speech and expressed her hope that female technical college students will further develop themselves through this forum.

(1) Poster presentation by female technical college students for junior high school girls and their parents
After the opening ceremony, 8 female students from eight technical colleges in the Chugoku region gave 64 poster presentations on education, research activities, and student life at the technical colleges for female junior high school students and their parents. They gave an easy-to-understand presentation in their own words about what kind of education they received and what kind of student life they lead.
In addition, we set up an ``Admissions Consultation Corner'' where representatives from each technical college provided information to help people learn more about the college. We received feedback from junior high school students and their parents, such as ``The presentations were very easy to understand'' and ``I didn't know anything about the technical college.'' Many people said they were glad to have participated, such as ``I'm glad I learned more about this'' and ``My desire to enter a technical college is stronger now than before.''

Events for junior high school students
Each technical college will operate a bus to pick up and drop off participating junior high school students, and bus users will be able to go to the building after the forum.
We took a walk around the area, toured a newspaper factory, and tried making hand-baked momiji manju.

(2) Poster presentation by female technical college students aimed at corporate stakeholders

Sixty-four female students from eight technical colleges in the Chugoku region gave poster presentations to corporate stakeholders about the skills they had learned and cultivated at technical colleges. The female students confidently presented their presentations in front of company officials and answered questions thoroughly. In addition, the students' presentations received favorable comments from many companies, such as ``lively and proactive'' and ``high presentation skills.''

(3) Poster presentations by companies targeting female technical college students and teachers

There were 45 presentations from companies aimed at female technical college students and technical college instructors, the most of any forum to date. Many female students were seen asking questions. For the female students, it was a very valuable opportunity to hear directly from people at companies and think about their own careers.

At the closing ceremony, Director Oshima of the National Institute of Technology, the organizer, spoke about the success of creating a place for technical college personnel and business personnel to come together to think about promoting the active participation of female engineers, and that female technical college students were encouraged to participate in the event. He expressed his hopes for his success.
