The opening ceremony for the morning session was held, and Tokumitsu Kishi, principal of Kushiro National College of Technology, the representative school, gave an address. After the opening ceremony, female students from four technical colleges in the Hokkaido area gave poster presentations to female junior high school students and their parents. The appeal of female technical college students was introduced through 4 poster presentations on themes such as education, research activities, and school life at technical colleges. At the same time, we set up an ``Admissions Consultation Corner'' with admissions personnel from each school to provide information on technical college education.

【Afternoon】
(2) Poster presentation by companies aimed at female technical college students and technical college teachers
In the afternoon, 19 poster presentations from companies involved included images of female engineers playing an active role in the workplace and introductions of female engineers who graduated from technical colleges. I was able to hear interesting stories directly from engineers and human resources personnel, which I don't usually have the opportunity to do.
It was also a valuable opportunity for female technical college students to exchange business cards with people from companies.

Following this, female technical college students gave poster presentations to corporate stakeholders. The presentations were conducted while communicating with others, such as answering questions from companies, and were able to impress upon the high level of ability of the female technical college students.
