There were 9 poster presentations by female technical college students from nine schools in the Tokai-Hokuriku area, including private schools, and 46 poster presentations from companies on topics such as the success of female engineers and initiatives for gender equality, with nearly 34 participants. The forum had the largest number of presentations among the past six forums held.
In addition, female junior high school students and their parents gave presentations by female technical college students, and provided information about technical colleges, including an entrance consultation corner.

First, the opening ceremony of the morning session was held, and Yoshinori Naruse, vice principal of Toyama National College of Technology, which is the representative school in the Tokai-Hokuriku region, gave a speech and expressed his hopes for further growth for female technical college students through this forum. After the opening ceremony, female technical college students gave 46 poster presentations to junior high school girls and their parents. The breakdown of presentations was 15 on professional education, 14 on research, and 17 on student life.
In a technical college with many male students, we would like to explain in their own words what kind of education female students receive, what kind of research they do and grow, and what kind of student life they lead. She gave an easy-to-understand presentation, conveyed the appeal of female technical college students to junior high school students, and provided advice. Junior high school students interested in technical colleges listened intently and asked questions.
Additionally, we set up an ``Admissions Consultation Corner'' with representatives from the four technical colleges of Ishikawa, Toba, Kanazawa, and Toyama that requested them, and provided information to help students learn more about the colleges.

A female technical college student gave a poster presentation to corporate stakeholders. The female technical college students demonstrated their abilities in front of 64 business people from 125 companies, the largest number of forums held to date. The female students gave presentations confidently and confidently, and answered questions accurately from the companies.

There were 34 presentations from companies for female technical college students and technical college instructors. The female students listened with great interest to real-life stories such as the success of female engineers at companies in various industries and initiatives for gender equality, and actively asked questions, providing an extremely valuable opportunity for them to think about their own careers. .
At the closing ceremony, Yujiro Uchiyama, Deputy Director-General of the Head Office of the National Institute of Technology, which hosted the forum, welcomed many companies to the event, and encouraged people from technical colleges and companies to work together to promote the success of female engineers and promote gender equality. They talked about how they were able to create a place to think about participation, and how it was a wonderful opportunity to communicate the high potential of female technical college students, and expressed their gratitude to everyone involved.
After the closing ceremony, a business card exchange session was held between business people and technical college teachers, helping to build effective relationships between both parties.

This forum was a great success with nearly 400 participants, including business people. At the venue, the first half was spent interacting with junior high school students, and the second half was a lively exchange of opinions among people from companies, presenting/participating students, technical college faculty, and others, making it a good opportunity for mutual understanding.
Junior high school students said, ``Hearing the presentations in subjects and fields I thought were unrelated gave me a new interest.'' ``I was able to hear the voices of actual students, and I learned things I didn't know about technical colleges.'' Many people said they were glad they took part, such as "I'm glad I took part." and "It was helpful for my career path."
A person from a company said, ``The students' presentations were quick and easy to understand, and I was surprised that their level was higher than I expected.Also, not only through classes and research, but also through disciplined dormitory life and extracurricular activities such as clubs, everyone We received many comments, such as, ``I was impressed by their autonomy,'' which showed the high expectations for the success of female technical college students.
Female students said, ``I learned a lot from poster creation to presentation, and it was a good experience.'' ``I was able to learn about the characteristics of other technical colleges, and it was good to be able to interact with students from other technical colleges.'' ``I learned a lot about myself. It was a good opportunity to understand my current level and think about my future." "I was able to hear directly from people at the company, and learned about companies that I didn't know about.
