At this forum, there were 46 presentations (72 people) by female students from Asahikawa National College of Technology, Kushiro National College of Technology, Tomakomai National College of Technology, Hakodate National College of Technology, Hachinohe National College of Technology, Akita National College of Technology, Tsuruoka National College of Technology, Sendai National College of Technology, and Fukushima National College of Technology, and 43 presentations by business people. (43 people) and a lively discussion took place.

In addition, this time, as a satellite project, we held an information exchange meeting with female technical college students and female graduate students, with the theme of ``Continuing to work and continuing to learn,'' with the support of Tohoku University's Faculty of Engineering and Graduate School of Engineering. The project was very well received, with most of the presenting students participating, and a lively exchange of opinions centered on topics such as preparation and mindset for transfer, research life at university and graduate school, and future visions.

According to a survey of company officials, the female students' posters and presentation attitudes received high praise, and many expressed a desire for the event to continue. Additionally, many comments from both companies and students said that the presentation time was short and that they wanted more interaction. They seemed to have received a lot of fresh inspiration from hearing the real voices of companies at the forum.
